Learn about the different relationships that you have with everyone and everything, and when you do this - how to recognise what zaps your energy, and what juices your energy.  We will also increase your natural intution so that you can recognice the different signs and messages available to you, and tap into the power of grattiude.

Facving your shadow and acknowledging what you fear is an amazing release that allows you to step into a clearer way of being.  Learn how to release any skeletons in your closet and that moving your body really allows you to move your soul!  We will also learn how to step out of our comfort zones and break a habit that has been holding us back!
